Update on My Little Angus

Thank you all for your kind words and keeping Angus in your thought yesterday! Here's my little guy all surgeried up! The boys were pretty excited to see him, and even more excited because he looks like he has an eye patch on. My boys LOVE eye patches and they were convinced that Angus was going to need one. It seems they were right!

Angus was pretty groggy last night, but after a couple of hours of rest, he bounced right back and wanted to play fetch!! Of all things.

Of course I bundled him right up and off to bed we went. No fetching for the baby.

He has more medication than my Grandparents right now. I'll be dropping eye drops, antibiotics, and pain killers for quite a while. The pain killers make him tired, so we are trying to avoid that. I'm using LOTS of Essential Oils on him instead and they seem to help. Of course I don't put the oils IN his eyes, but on his back and feet. He loves them and they make him SMELL so good! I love that part!

So thanks to all for your help in Angus's fast recovery!! I know all the positive thoughts made it possible for him to come home last night.

**Now don't forget to go to this post "10 Things I like about Me" and be entered in my drawing for the Mystery Prize!!!**

Awww. I hope he feels better and gets better soon. He does look rather pathetic and sad right now.

Thanks so much you guys! He is feeling better today, but HATES that cone. I don't blame him. He keeps running into the walls and it really gets in the way when he is trying to eat. I HATE it too. He has to wear it for a week! Sigh... But at least he is feeling better. Thank God!

HOLY CRAP! That pic of little Angus almost broke my heart! I'm glad the surgery is over and he is on the mend. Poor little Angus, give him a pat on the head from Auntie Tara! ;o)
